Roots

This is a small story about a place that is close to me, as it is where my grandmother grew up, and where I have spent a few days or weeks every year , every summer of my life.

As Munch was attracted to the uniqness and the the light here, I share many of these same feelings as a photographer without any further comparisons.

The stillness and the feeling of timelessness is today what I long for.
When I walk in the Borre forest with the beautiful beech trees calmness appears and history is present.

Where our roots are, we are drawn back to and maybe it’s more important to us than we can imagine.
